Ingredients:

1 cup parmesan cheese

1 cup 2% mozzarella cheese
·
1 (10 oz.) box frozen spinach, defrost and water
squeezed out
·
1 (14 oz.) can quartered artichoke hearts,
chopped into small pieces
·
2/3 cup fat free sour cream
·
1 cup 1/3 less fat cream cheese
·
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Combine the parmesan and mozzarella cheese with
the spinach and artichokes

In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream,
cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic.
4. Once they are both mixed together, add the spinach mixture to the sour cream mixture and stir
5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake in
the oven for 20-30 minutes
(This is before it was baked)

Serve with slices of French bread (not included
in nutrition information). Or for a
lighter version, try vegetables.
